JACKSON — A nationally touring comedy dog show is coming to Jackson next month.

“Mutts Gone Nuts” will take the stage at Jackson College’s Potter Center at 7 p.m. on Friday, April 10th.

The family-friendly performance features a dozen trained rescue dogs performing tricks, stunts, and comedy routines. The show includes a Guinness World Record holder and a fan favorite from “America’s Got Talent.”

The act is led by longtime performers Scott and Joan Houghton, who have been entertaining audiences for decades with a mix of comedy and circus-style performance. Their current show focuses on adopted dogs, using positive training methods to highlight each animal’s natural abilities.

Organizers say the performance is designed to be both entertaining and promote animal welfare, with all dogs coming from shelters and traveling in climate-controlled conditions.

Tickets start at $15, with discounts available for children. More information is available through the Potter Center Box Office or online at jccmi.edu.
