
ADRIAN — A Lenawee County jury has found Dale Warner guilty of second-degree murder and evidence tampering in connection with the death of his wife, Dee Warner.
The verdict was delivered today in Lenawee County’s 39th Circuit Court following weeks of testimony and evidence presented to the jury.
Warner had originally been charged with open murder and tampering with evidence in the case tied to Dee Warner’s disappearance in April of 2021.
Second-degree murder carries a potential life sentence under Michigan law.
Judge Michael Olsaver scheduled sentencing for May 7th at 8:15 a.m.
