Lois Rae Clark’s faith became sight March 7, 2026 when she  stepped from this life into the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ  at  Hospice of Lenawee Hospice Home  Adrian , MI surrounded by her family. Lois was born to Don and Eva Schoonover in Morenci MI June 24, 1944 and  graduated from Morenci High School , in the class of 1962. She married the love of her life, and high school sweetheart James T Clark March 9th, 1963 at the Morenci United  Methodist Church; they made their home in Morenci  and they cherished 63 years together , partners in life and faith .He survives.  She was a member of Canandaigua Community Church and faithfully served there for over 50 yrs. Besides her parents , she was preceded in death by brother Norman Schoonover,  nephews Alan, Doug, & Dennis Schoonover, granddaughter Tiffany Mathias , Mother and father in law Virginia and Donald Clark ,  brother in law’s  Paul Walker ,  Richard Arquette and Francis McVay Lois leaves a rich legacy of faith to those that survive   by her sons: Jamie (Laura) Clark of Morenci and Jordan (Robin) Clark of Clayton;  Grandchildren Heather (Jeff) Schirer, Hillary (John) Tinervia, Katie Mathias,  Kailyn (Aaron)Miller , and Kaci Clark ; Great Grandchildren Madelyn Schirer, Brianna and Brennan Mathias, Miles and Micah Miller , sisters Bonnie Arquette of Adrian , Mi , Norma McVay Goodrich MI, and brother Dan (Joyce ) Schoonover Spring Hill FL  and many nieces and nephews . Trust in the Lord forever, For in the Lord, is everlasting strength.” Isaiah 26:3-4 NKJV.   A Celebration of Life is planned for May 9th,  2026 at 11:00 AM at Canandaigua Community Church 11081 Bates St. Morenci, MI 49256 .
