ADRIAN — The Dale Warner trial today focused on selecting alternate jurors after one juror was dismissed due to an emergency.
The three alternates were brought in and questioned about any potential exposure to outside information since being released from service the previous day.
Judge Michael Olsaver then met with attorneys in chambers to discuss the situation privately.
Court was ultimately recessed to allow time for the emergency to be addressed. Proceedings are scheduled to resume Tuesday.
If the matter has not been resolved by then, one of the alternate jurors will be selected to replace the dismissed juror.
