ADRIAN — Lenawee County TRIAD is hosting a Fall Prevention Workshop to help older adults and caregivers reduce the risk of falls.
The workshop will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, from 9:30 to 11:00 AM at the Human Services Building (River Raisin Room).
The informative session will be led by Martha York, Community Education Coordinator with Wellwise Services Agency on Aging. Participants will learn practical strategies to reduce fall risks, identify hazards at home and in the community, and explore tools to improve balance and stability. The workshop will also cover what to do if someone is concerned about falling or has already experienced a fall.
The workshop addresses questions such as fall risk, prevention methods, and available safety devices.
