
ADRIAN — Change of Assessment Notices have been mailed out to every real and personal property, not exempt, in the City of Adrian.
The Change of Assessment Notice is an informational document sharing the valuation change from 2025 to 2026.
The March Board of Review will meet to hear valuation appeals on the following dates and times: Monday March 9th from 1:30pm to 4:30pm and 6:00pm to 9:00pm…Tuesday March 10th from 9:30am to 11:30am and 1:30pm to 4:30pm…and Wednesday March 11th from 9:30am to 11:30am.
All meetings will take place at the City Chambers at 159 East Maumee Street in Downtown Adrian.

Written appeals must be received by the Assessor no later than Tuesday March 10th at 4:30pm.
