Adrian District Library Offering Spanish 101 Classes

ADRIAN — The Adrian District Library is offering Spanish 101 classes this spring for adults in Adrian.

Spanish 101 is a six-week introductory course designed for beginners or those seeking a refresher. The program will be led by Bilingual Programming Library Assistant Lizbeth Perez-Cazares at the Adrian District Library.

Classes will cover essential vocabulary, basic grammar and cultural aspects of the Spanish-speaking world. Instruction includes both Castilian Spanish and Spanish from Latin America, with a focus on practical communication skills.

Two sessions are available. The Tuesday class meets from 10 to 11 a.m. beginning March 3. The Thursday class meets from 5 to 6 p.m. beginning March 5.

All sessions will be held at the library at 143 East Maumee Street in downtown Adrian.

There is no cost to attend, but space is limited and registration is required.
