ADRIAN — The Lenawee County Land Bank Authority has approved its 2026 operating budget, with only minor changes from the previous year.
The budget was presented during the board’s November meeting and reflects largely consistent spending levels moving into the new fiscal year.
During discussion, board members reviewed line items, including meetings and conference expenses. Officials noted that the category remains within the existing budget framework and can be adjusted later if needed.
Following the discussion, the board voted to approve the 2026 budget as presented.
The measure passed by voice vote.
The budget will guide Land Bank operations throughout 2026, including property management, blight elimination efforts, and administrative costs.
