Matthew “Matt” Evans, age 58, of Hudson, MI, passed away, January 23, 2026, at Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor, MI. He was born August 4, 1967, in Flint, MI. Matt is survived by his father, Don Evans; his brother, Robert Dean (Jody) Evans of Granby, CT; 2 nieces, Amy Hammett of Pittsburg, PA and Stacie Barzo of Monroe, MI; and one nephew, Sam Evans of Granby, CT. He was preceded in death by his mother, Bonnie Evans; and his sister, Onnie Lynn Evans. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
