Cooter Michael Thor Roe, age 40, of Camden, MI, passed away unexpectedly, January 5, 2026, at home. Cooter was born in Adrian, MI to Ronald Halliwill and Rebecca Roe on August 20, 1985. He went to Camden High School and graduated in 2004 . He was a Jack of all trades and was self employed. He enjoyed spending time with his children and time outside tinkering. Cooter is survived by his Mother Rebecca Roe of Camden. Three children Faith, Jax, and Gemma. Brother’s Kennith (Tabby) Halliwill, Shawn Halliwill, and Lucas (Kate) Halliwill. He is preceded in death by his father, Ronald Halliwill, paternal grandmother Betty Smead, maternal grandmother Gloria Appleton Davis, and maternal Grandfather Paul Roe. Memorial Service will be held at New Beginning Church 305 S. Hayward Street, Montgomery, MI 49255, on January 31, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM with Pastor Herb Strickland of New Beginning officiating.
