ADRIAN — The Align Center for Workforce Development is offering a virtual training course focused on employee leaves of absence later this month.
The session, titled Understanding the Alphabet Soup of Leaves of Absence, will cover ESTA, FMLA, and the Americans with Disabilities Act, with an emphasis on legal compliance and practical workplace application.
The 90-minute course is designed for managers and supervisors and will provide guidance on navigating leave requirements, managing ADA processes, and maintaining clear, compassionate communication with employees.
The training takes place Wednesday, January 28, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. The cost is $225 per person.
Registration closes Tuesday, January 27, at 8 a.m. The course is presented by the Align Center for Workforce Development in partnership with Insight Human Resource Management.
