Geraldine “Geri” Wade, age 91, of Belleville, MI, passed away, December 27, 2025. She was born January 1, 1934, in Toledo, OH, the daughter of Victor & Marie (Behrendt) Hubbard. Geri retired from Ford Motor Company, Saline Plant, after 30 years of service. Geri started her career at Ford Motor in assembly, and retired there in the tool room. She faithfully attended St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Belleville, until she moved into senior living. Geri was a fiercely independent woman who took pride in her home and family. She loved to travel, go dancing, and tell the occasional dirty joke. She is survived by her children, Bonnie Longo, Debra (Mike) Philo, Bryan (Kim) McClure, Doug Wade, Maria (Steve) Wessels and Mark “Marco” Wade; ten grandchildren, Mary, KC, Erica, Michelle, Heather, Christine, Roger, Craig, Joshua and Brad; sixteen great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter; and two siblings, David (Barb) Hubbard and Victoria Eisenreich; several nieces and nephews; along with close family friends, Pat Lenton and Gloria Boyd. She was preceded in death by her parents, Victor & Marie Hubbard; four siblings, Ruth Hubbard in infancy, Richard Hubbard, Joyce Buck, Fred Hubbard; and two grandchildren, Ryan McClure and Amy Powers. Memorial Services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, January 16, 2026, at Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI.
