ADRIAN — The Adrian Symphony Orchestra is asking for community support as it looks ahead to the coming concert season and its educational outreach work.
ASO officials say live orchestral performances often create first-time experiences for young people, families and community members, helping build confidence, curiosity and connection through music.
The orchestra’s Annual Fund supports both performances and education programs across the region. In addition, the Sound Support Fund helps make concerts accessible to those who may not otherwise attend, including families, veterans, students and individuals facing personal or financial challenges.
Since the Sound Support Fund began in 2021, more than 500 tickets have been shared through partnerships with local organizations, including Lenawee Community Mental Health and VetTix.
ASO officials say donations of any size help keep live music accessible in the community.
Those interested in contributing are encouraged to donate before December 31, 2025.
