ADRIAN — A local historical organization is promoting a series of Lenawee County history videos available on YouTube.
The Lenawee Historical Society says the video collection offers residents and visitors a way to learn more about the county’s past through short- and long-form programs posted on the video platform. Topics include local automotive history, the Underground Railroad in Lenawee County, major historic events and preservation projects.
Several of the videos were filmed on location at the Lenawee Historical Museum and the Adrian District Library. Some programs are narrated by museum historian Bruce Neal.
Viewers can access the videos by going to YouTube and searching for the individual program titles.
The organization says the videos are intended as an educational resource and a convenient option for families looking to explore local history at home.
