
David John Larson, age 80, of Adrian passed away peacefully at Hospice of Lenawee on December 11, 2025, after a lengthy illness. He was born on April 24, 1945, to John C. and Evelyn C. (Witt) Larson. David attended Sand Creek High School and graduated with the Class of 1963. On November 14, 1964, David married Carol Wilson at St. Mary of Good Counsel Catholic Church in Adrian, and they were married for 52 years until her death on August 6, 2017. David owned and co-owned with his wife several businesses, including Connecting Point Computer Center, Lenawee Computer, and Carol’s Hallmark stores for 30 years, retiring in 2011.
Surviving are his daughters, Karen (Peter) Beyer of Hudson and Anne (Thomas) Boomer of Kalamazoo; brother Patrick (Cindy) Larson of Grand Haven; grandchildren Kyle (Ashley) Beyer of Adrian and Tara Beyer of Toledo, Ohio, and Ryan (Madison) Hoover, Alice and Drew Hoover of Kalamazoo; four great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Sandee Larson of Adrian; brothers-in-law Dennis (Joy) Wilson of Sand Creek and Kevin (Mary) Wilson of St Johns, FL, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother Paul Larson; sister-in-law Charlene Larson and mother and father-in-laws, Eileen and Wayne Wilson.
Following David’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A family memorial will be held at a later date.
