Anna was employed at Tecumseh Products for many years and later worked at Merillat Cabinets before retiring. She was an active member at the Adrian Church of God. Anna was a great cook and an avid reader. She was a family-oriented person who enjoyed hosting events for her family. Above all else, Anna was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who would always be there for her family when needed. She doted on her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Anna is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Frank Wingfield; children, Walter (Deanna) Wingfield, Rocky (Rhonda) Wingfield, Franklin R. (Cindy) Wingfield Jr.; grandchildren, Kolette (Matt) Williams, Brooklyn Wingfield, Walter (Tobey) Wingfield, Lindsey (Herbie) Brighton, Austin Wingfield, Jacob Wingfield, Gerry (Leah) Sebby, and Andrea (Scott) Shorter; great grandchildren, Jordyn, Easton, Ruby, William, Theo, Walter III, Lennox, Harrison, Jethro, and Wrenley; brothers, LeRoy (Char) Lewis, Charles (Barb) Lewis; sister, Shirley (Jay) Jackson; She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Raymond, Jerry, Pat, and Sherman and sisters, Audrey, Sandy and Sheila.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8, 2025, from 5-7p.m. at Wagley Funeral Home, Adrian. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home with Rich Shelton officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the start of the service. Burial to follow at Lenawee County Memorial Gardens, Tecumseh.
