WILLIAM GLEN WHITEHEAD, III, age 64 years of Tecumseh, passed away on Friday, December 5, 2025, at his home. He was born on February 18, 1961, in Berkley, Michigan, the son of William Glen and Patricia Ann (Fairbrother) Whitehead, II. Bill married the love of his life, Cheryl Ann Dorr on August 23, 1994, in Hamburg, Michigan. She preceded him in death on January 8, 2019.
Mr. Bill enjoyed Houghton Lake, boating, drag racing, karaoke, MMA fights, Michigan sports, fishing and hunting. His greatest love was his promotion to grandpa as he thoroughly loved the time spent with his grandchildren. Papa Whitehead was dearly loved and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Bill is survived by his three children, William Whitehead, IV, Nicole Rogozinski and Megan (Austin) Hughes, seven grandchildren, Gwen, Jalen, Zac, Vince, Aiyden, Maximus and Charlee, one sister, Jeanetta Sortor and several other extended family members. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents and two sisters, Sally Ann Bell and Marilyn Clark.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at noon on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at the Marry Funeral Home, Tecumseh with Pastor Eric Stricklin officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. until time of service.
