ADRIAN — Weber Retreat and Conference Center will host a Winter Solstice celebration on Sunday, December 21, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. on the campus of the Adrian Dominican Sisters.
The solstice marks the shortest day of the year, and the event will focus on themes of light, reflection, and seasonal transition. Organizers say the program will include music and movement centered on renewal during the winter season.
The celebration will be facilitated by Sister Esther Kennedy, a Dominican Sister from Adrian who leads retreats, offers spiritual direction, and guides the center’s monthly Days of Mindfulness.
The Winter Solstice event is free and open to the public. No registration is required.
Weber Center is located at 1257 East Siena Heights Drive. Visitors can follow the campus signs for parking and building access.
