ADRIAN — The City of Adrian is moving to a new BS&A Payments system on Wednesday, November 5.
Online and phone payments will be down from 12 a.m. to 9 a.m.
The upgrade adds AutoPay and paperless billing for utility bills, Apple Pay and Google Pay (online and at the counter), Text to Pay, and the option to schedule future payments for taxes and utilities. Residents will get alerts, one-time receipts, and payment reminders. City counters will use EMV-compliant card readers. The new BS&A Online is mobile-friendly and uses one login for all payments.
Starting Nov. 5, the new phone payment line is 517-401-6515.
How to sign up will be posted at adriancity.com, and BS&A’s Online Learning Center has step-by-step help. Account enrollment opens when the new system is live on November 5.
