Downtown Adrian to host trick-or-treat and fall activities Saturday

ADRIAN — The City of Adrian says city-wide trick-or-treat hours will be held Friday, October 31 from 6 to 8 p.m.

A separate downtown trick-or-treat event will be held this Saturday from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Streets downtown will close at 3 p.m. for safety.

The city says the event will include free donuts and cider at the City Chambers Building, a DJ at Four Corners, a meet-and-greet with Cinderella and her pumpkin carriage, a spooky school bus, a fire baton show with Mayor Heath, pumpkin painting at City Hall, and free comic books at Rad Raptor Comics.

Downtown businesses and local groups will hand out candy and host activities.

Sponsors include The Mannik & Smith Group, Adrian Urgent Care, TLC Community Credit Union, American One Credit Union, First Student, HB Steele Interactive Financial Planning, and the Lenawee County Democratic Party.
