ADRIAN — The Merchant Building at the Lenawee County Fairgrounds will host Project Connect, an event designed to link individuals, families, and veterans with immediate community resources, on Wednesday, November 12th, from 10 AM to 2 PM.
With over 40 participating agencies, attendees can access information and services related to utilities and housing, education and legal aid, family services and employment opportunities, senior services and transportation, and healthcare and insurance.
Veterans and their families can benefit from specialized assistance, including healthcare for homeless veterans programs, veteran employment opportunities, enrollment and eligibility services, substance use disorder services, and additional VA resources.
The event also offers free on-site lunch, haircuts, vaccines and food boxes.
Everyone is invited to attend, and veterans should bring a photo ID or DD-214 to access veteran-specific services.
