ADRIAN — Residents will have a safe way to dispose of unwanted medications this fall.
A Drive-thru Drug Take-Back Day is planned for Saturday, October 25, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at ProMedica Hickman Hospital on Adrian Highway.
Community members can drop off unused, expired, or unwanted medications. Sharps must be placed in a proper sharps container or a sturdy plastic bottle with a secure lid. Liquids will also be accepted.
The event is sponsored by the Lenawee County Sheriff’s Office, Lenawee Community Mental Health Authority, Ann Arbor VA Healthcare System, United for Prevention & Recovery Lenawee, ProMedica, and the Lenawee County Health Department.
