LANSING — State Representative Nancy Jenkins-Arno is working to stop deceptive online ticket sales.
She says the idea came from her own experience when she tried to buy tickets to a show at the Croswell Opera House.

Her bill to protect consumers passed the Michigan House with strong bipartisan support, 103 to 1. Even national ticket seller Live Nation has backed the plan.
The bill now moves to the state Senate for consideration.
