ADRIAN — The Lenawee Humane Society is getting ready for its 21st annual Howl-o-ween Ball, the group’s biggest fundraiser of the year.
The event helps cover costs for caring for animals and providing services, since the Humane Society does not receive tax dollars. Sasha Wilkerson, Director of Communication for the Humane Society, explains why the community’s help is so important.
