ADRIAN — The Lenawee County Land Bank Authority shared updates on upcoming projects and events.
The board will present at the National Land Bank Summit in Detroit on September 7th through the 9th. Region K, which includes Lenawee County, will also begin a series of housing plan webinars in November.
Region K is the only region in Michigan to receive more funding for the My Neighborhood 3.0 program. Locally, the Land Bank is preparing a $1.5 million grant request and plans to seek additional funding to redevelop the Jefferson School property in Adrian this fall.
The Michigan Land Bank Summit will take place in Marquette in October. Lenawee County will not attend, but will continue to take part in planning.
