ADRIAN — The Lenawee County Land Bank Authority is seeking bids for demolition and hazardous material abatement at 140 West Main Street in Addison.
Bids must be sealed and delivered to the Lenawee County Treasurer’s Office by 10 a.m. on Thursday, August 14.
A required project walk-through took place on Tuesday, August 5. Contractors who did not attend must arrange an alternate site visit with Krieghoff-Lenawee before submitting a proposal.
The work includes removing the existing structure and safely handling any hazardous materials found during demolition.
