BLISSFIELD — Art at Your Feet returns to South Lane Street in Blissfield on Saturday, August 23, for its 17th year of public street art.
The event is hosted by the Schultz-Holmes District Library and runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with free chalk and 5-by-5-foot street squares available for registered artists. All ages and abilities are welcome. Registration begins at the event.
South Lane Street will close at 3 p.m. on Friday to prepare.
Sidewalk vendors, local business specials, prize drawings, and a photo booth will round out the event, along with a free kid’s art area that requires no registration.
Cash prizes will be awarded to three artists by the end of the day.
