ADRIAN — Adrian Public Schools has decided that the District will no longer consider placing the Community Recreation Facility Bond proposal on the November 2025 ballot. Instead, the District is now exploring a May 2026, pending approval by the Adrian Board of Education.
In his Superintendent’s Report to the board at the Monday board meeting, Parker explained that the agenda item to approve a November ballot proposal for the facility has been removed due to the recent announcement that community partner Siena Heights University will close at the end of the 2025-26 academic school year.
