LENAWEE CO. — The Lenawee County Department of Veterans Affairs will temporarily close next week as staff attend a national training conference.
The office will be closed from Monday, July 14 through Friday, July 18 while employees participate virtually in the 2025 National Association of County Veterans Service Officers Conference.
This annual conference provides professional development and updated guidance for local veterans service officers across the country.
The department is scheduled to reopen and resume normal operations on Monday, July 21.
Officials encourage residents to plan accordingly and reach out to the department before the closure if immediate assistance is needed.
