ADRIAN — Adrian Police are investigating a fatal crash involving a motorcycle and an SUV at the intersection of US-223 and Sand Creek Highway.
The crash occurred Monday evening around 6:42 p.m.
The motorcyclist, a 28-year-old Lenawee County man, was transported to Hickman Hospital but did not survive his injuries. The other driver, a 63-year-old Lenawee County man, was not injured.
Adrian’s Crash Investigation Team was called to the scene and is processing all available evidence to determine the cause of the crash.
Adrian Police were assisted by the Adrian Fire Department, Madison Township Fire and Police, the Lenawee County Sheriff’s Office, and local crash and drone teams.
