ADRIAN — The Adrian City Commission is launching a community survey to gather public input on city priorities and the ongoing search for a new city administrator.
The survey is part of the city’s broader strategic planning process and is intended to help shape future goals and initiatives. Commissioners said public feedback will also inform the qualities and experience they seek in a new city administrator.
Two in-person community meetings are planned for July to provide additional opportunities for residents to share their input directly. The city will promote the survey and meeting details through social media and other public channels.
Survey responses will be collected over a three-week period. Community feedback will be reviewed in August as part of the selection process for the new administrator.
The results of the survey will help guide both the hiring decision and future city planning efforts.
