Bill Holbrook, age 83, of Adrian, MI, passed away, June 14, 2025, at Trinity Health in Ann Arbor, MI. He was born March 29, 1942, in Hudson, MI, the son of John & Laudie (Whitaker) Holbrook. Bill worked at Brazeway in Adrian for many years. He also drove truck for J.B. Hunt, where he retired from. Bill was very active at the Adrian Senior Center, where he organized their pool tournaments. He was an pool player and at one time owned Gaslight Billiards in Adrian. Bill is survived by his children, Denise Willnow, Billy Holbrook, Debra Fenner and Darcy Holbrook; two stepchildren, Kevin Muck Jr. and Jennifer Warden; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; two siblings, Beth Faust and Beau “Bo” Holbrook; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rose Holbrook; one brother, Robert “Bob” Holbrook and his parents, John & Laudie Holbrook. Funeral Services will be held 12:00 PM Friday, June 20, 2025, at Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI, with Pastor Dan Williams officiating. Cremation will follow.
