Kristopher Chayton Gallant, age 10, of Adrian, MI, passed away unexpectedly, May 27, 2025, at home. He was born July 26, 2014, in Murfreesboro, TN, the son of Donald Gallant & Lisa Gallant. Kristopher loved competing in the Special Olympics every year. He was currently a student at Michener Elementary School where he loved attending and enjoyed seeing his teachers and classmates. Kristopher was a avid fan of Sonic the Hedgehog and loved playing with his cousins. He was happy all the time with a smile and loved everyone. Kristopher had a great sense of humor and was a prankster. He is survived by his parents, Donald Gallant and Lisa Gallant; two sisters, Aiyana (Jake) Sartin of Alabama and Jaimie (Alex) Torres of Adrian; three nieces; two nephews; his grandparents, Diana & Tony Ford and Donald Gallant; his aunt, Kelly (Tony) Valdes; and his uncle, Daren Gallant. He was preceded in death by grandparents; Ronald VanDoren and Margaret Parker; his uncle, Shem VanDoren; and great grandparents, Homer & Irene Elliott and Donald & Genevieve Gallant. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Monday, June 2, 2025, at Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, in Hudson, MI. Viewing & Visitation will also be on Monday from 12:00 PM until the time of the funeral service at the Purse Funeral Home in Adrian, MI.
