Paulette M. Stepp – Tecumseh

Paulette M. Stepp, age 77, of Tecumseh, died Thursday, May 15, 2025, while under the care of Hospice of Lenawee. She was born March 7, 1948, in Windsor, Canada to Leo and Joan (Richard) Harvey. On April 7, 1973, she married Rickey Stepp in Ann Arbor. He preceded her in death on October 24, 2010.

Paulette was a loving homemaker and nurturing caregiver, who always made sure the needs of her family were met. A lover of the arts, Paulette was passionate about acting, and she debuted in several performances at the Croswell Opera House, the Tecumseh Center for the Arts, and on the Blissfield Murder Mystery Dinner Train. She had also been on WLEN Radio as the voice of Tecumseh Spotlight for over six years. Her greatest joy came from being in the company of her family, and she especially adored her grandchildren.

Paulette is survived by her son, Robert (Danielle) Stepp of Tecumseh; two grandchildren, Hannah Marie and Logan Lee Stepp; a sister, Denise Harvey of Adrian; and many supportive friends. In addition to her husband, Rickey, she was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Wayne Harvey.

The family will receive friends for a visitation at the Anderson-Marry Funeral Home in Tecumseh on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. until the service begins at 6:00 p.m. A private burial will take place in Lenawee County Memorial Gardens, Tecumseh.
