ADRIAN, Mich. – Lenawee’s Local Development Finance Authority is moving forward with plans to prepare the Witt Farm property for future business development.
Through a deal with Ann Arbor Spark, the site will undergo topographic and boundary surveys, environmental and geotechnical assessments, and a capacity utility study.

The pre-development work is expected to be completed within the next four months, with funding covered through a grant from Ann Arbor Spark, at no cost to the LDFA.
