Roberto “Bob” Coba, age 70, went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 21, 2025. He enjoyed riding his motorcycles, kayaking, driving his “Z”, mowing and making four wheeler trails for the kids to enjoy, doing his push ups, riding in “Al’s boat”, and general putzing around his Tipton farmhouse. For vacation he would visit his children; always managing to wear yellow at least once during his trips- prompting any yellow shirt to be his official vacation wardrobe.

A lover of routine, Bob would stick to restaurants where he found value- such as the infamous Taco Bell and Culver’s. These places would only fall into disrepute when quality would drop. Bob’s quirky humor was best seen in rhyming puns, phrases, and Dad jokes. The louder the groans the more inspiration he would have to tell another.

Bob was a loyal husband and father; practicing generosity with family and friends. He provided for his family, passed along his life skills, and frequenter of “aggressive encouragement” to keep his children on the right track. Most importantly, Bob was a believer in Jesus- trusting in Him to the end.

Bob is survived by his wife of 45 years, Ana; Children: Tico, David, and Sara; Grandchildren: Alison, Andrew, Jaren, Isabel, Benjamin, Dalton, and two others on the way; and Brothers: José and Octavio

According to Bob’s wishes, private graveside services and burial took place at Tipton Cemetery, Franklin Township, Michigan.
