Pre-Application Process Opening for 30th Miss River Raisin Festival Scholarship Program

Blissfield, MI – The Miss River Raisin Scholarship Program is opening its 2025 pre-application process to crown the 30th Miss River Raisin Festival this Summer. The program is for talented young women who seek scholarship, leadership and service opportunities.

Potential contestants are being asked to sign up by April 25th, and to participate in orientation April 27th in Blissfield. Lenawee County young women who will be at least 18 and no older than 27 as of June 15th, 2026, are invited to seek the title and scholarships offered by the program.

The new Miss River Raisin Festival will preside over the 41st Blissfield summer event, appear at Lenawee County activities, promote her Service Initiative and represent the county in the 2026 Miss Michigan Competition.

The local competition is a highlight of the River Raisin Festival at 6 p.m. Friday, July 11th on the Pavilion Stage of Blissfield’s Bachmayer Park.

Pre-applications, with more information, are now available by emailing to advance@cass.net. Applications will also soon be emailed to Lenawee County high school guidance counselors’ offices.
