John Micheal Knicley, 75, of Morenci, Michigan, passed away on March 20, 2025, at Trinity Health Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
He was born on May 3, 1949, in Parsons, West Virginia, to Charlie W. and Goldie M. (Long) Knicley. In 1969, he married Madonna “Donna” Sejpner, and together they built a life filled with love for over 55 years.
John proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and was stationed at Parris Island before receiving an honorable discharge on June 1, 1967. Outside of his service and work, he found great joy in the outdoors and had a deep passion for hunting and fishing. He cherished time spent with his family and embraced life wholeheartedly.
To cherish his memory, John leaves his loving wife, Donna; three children, Mike, Frank, and Bonnie Knicley; a brother, Bill Knicley; eight grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, and three sisters.
Graveside services for John will be held on Monday, March 24, 2025, at Lyons Cemetery in Lyons, Ohio beginning at 12:00 pm.
