Keith E. “KJ or Kage” Rose, Jr., age 30 of Riga, died Sunday, March 2, 2025.
He was born March 12, 1994, in Adrian, to Keith and Amy (Harsh) Rose, Sr.
An independent spirit, Kage loved being with his family and friends, listening to music, and playing video games. He had a special affection for animals, especially dogs and wolves.
He is survived by his son and namesake, Keith E. Rose, III “Trey”; parents, Keith and Amy; his paternal grandparents with whom he was very close, Lawrence and Paula Rose; maternal grandmother, Tammy Bryan; brothers, Elijah Gritzmaker and Andrew Rose; nieces, Skye, Dayluh, and Nali Rose; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, John Harsh; paternal grandmother, Carol Rose; brother, Dustin Rose and niece, Lovely Rose.
Visitation will take place Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at Wagley Funeral Home, Tagsold Chapel in Blissfield from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. with Rev. Larry Betz officiating. Burial will be in Riga Cemetery.
