Tecumseh, MI – Members of the Tecumseh Public Schools Board of Education took their oath of office and voted on their executive positions during their first meeting of 2025.
Five of the board’s seven members were sworn in at Monday night’s meeting, including new members Heather McGee and Darin Miller.
After the swearing-in, board members elected Greg Lewis as board president, Lynne Davis as vice president, Becky Brooks as secretary and Tim Simpson as treasurer.
The board’s meeting on Monday was not supposed to be their first of the year, as their meeting originally scheduled for January 13th was canceled due to the city-wide boil water advisory.
