ADRIAN — A free workshop aimed at helping first-time homebuyers navigate the process is coming up in Jackson later this month.
The Community Action Agency is hosting a First-Time Homebuyer Workshop on Saturday, March 28th, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at their location on Greenwood Avenue.
The session will cover whether buying is the right choice, the benefits of homeownership, affordability, closing costs, credit score requirements, and how to choose a realtor and lender.
Lunch will be provided, and registration must be completed at least 48 hours in advance.
