ADRIAN — The Lenawee County recycling drop-off site at River and Race Streets in Adrian has reopened following scheduled maintenance.
County officials say the work has been completed and residents can once again use the location for common household recyclables.
The River and Race site serves as a central recycling option for Adrian-area residents and supports the county’s efforts to reduce waste going to landfills.
Officials thanked residents for their patience during the temporary closure and say the maintenance work ensures the site remains safe and accessible for the community.
Residents can also continue using other recycling locations throughout Lenawee County, including cardboard recycling available at the Goodwill Industries headquarters on Division Street.
