ADRIAN — The Community Action Agency is hosting a First Time Home Buyers workshop this month in Jackson.
The CAA will hold its workshop on March 28 from 9 am until 2 pm at the Jackson branch located at 1214 Greenwood Avenue.
The workshop will cover a range of topics surrounding buying a home, including how much you can afford, is buying right for you, and how to protect your investment. Other topics will cover the benefits of ownership as well as the process itself.
Discussions around credit scores, shopping for a realtor and lender, and what to expect with closing costs will also be had.
