
ADRIAN — The Adrian Board of Review will meet this week to hear property valuation appeals following the mailing of change of assessment notices to property owners across the city.
City officials say the notices were sent to all real and personal property owners who are not tax-exempt. The documents show how property values changed from 2025 to 2026.

The Board of Review will meet at the Adrian City Chambers Building on East Maumee Street.
Sessions are scheduled today from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. and again from 6 to 9 p.m., Tuesday March 10 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 to 4:30 p.m., and Wednesday March 11 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Appointments are recommended, and written appeals must be received by the assessor by 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.
