ADRIAN — The Lenawee Veterans Coalition is inviting local veterans, service members, and military families to a free community bowling event this spring.
The event, called Stars & Strikes Bowling, is designed to bring veterans and military families together for recreation and connection. It is being promoted through Lenawee County Veterans Affairs as part of ongoing efforts to support the local veteran community.
Stars & Strikes Bowling will take place April 18 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Lenawee Recreation Bowling Center on College Avenue in Adrian.
The event is free for veterans, active service members, and their families. However, attendance is limited to the first 50 registered participants.

Organizers say the event is intended to provide a relaxed environment for veterans and families to connect with others in the community.
