ADRIAN — The Launch Boot Camp is set to begin March 12 at the Adrian Armory, offering structured training for aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs in Lenawee County.

Participants will move from developing a business idea to completing a formal business plan. The course includes education, mentorship and networking opportunities designed to prepare participants for long-term success.

Dale Gaertner was joined on Community Conversation by Naomi Lolley, who is with I’m In Biz Incorporated and part of Launch Lenawee. She said the end goal is to ensure participants are prepared for real-world financial scrutiny.

An orientation meeting is scheduled for February 28 at 10 a.m. at the Adrian Armory for those interested in enrolling.

Organizers say the program is designed to strengthen small businesses, which remain a key part of Lenawee County’s local economy.
