
ADRIAN — The Adrian City Commission has approved a Letter of Intent to the Michigan State Housing Development Authority applying for the Community Development Block Grant.
According to the MSHDA website, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has set up $30 million in total funding for the creation of housing programs that benefit low- and moderate-income households.
