ADRIAN — Lenawee County is creating a new Specialty Court Case Manager position within the Circuit Court to support participants in Recovery Court and Veterans Treatment Court.
The new role is designed to coordinate services and provide structured support for individuals working through addiction recovery, mental health challenges and community reentry.
The Specialty Court Case Manager will work alongside judges, probation officers, treatment providers and community partners to ensure court orders are connected to real-world resources.
For Veterans Treatment Court, the position will also help recruit and coordinate mentors to support participants throughout the recovery process.
County officials say the goal is to improve long-term outcomes by aligning accountability, treatment and community support.
The position is expected to strengthen collaboration across agencies and provide consistent oversight for participants navigating specialty court programs.
