ADRIAN — The Lenawee County Materials Management Planning Committee has published their end-of-year report for 2025.
Over the last year, the amount of items the county recycled reached 10,000 tons, with a conversion rate of 14.7%, while dropoff sites saw 376 tons of recyclables.
Approximately 62,000 tons of waste were hauled last year, down 30 tons from 2024, despite the county adding two new haulers: Robert’s Rolloffs and Lakeside Refuse.
ARS Refuse Service was the only hauler to pull its services out of the county in 2025.
