ADRIAN — Adrian Mayor Angie Heath has issued a proclamation recognizing Black History Month and the efforts of the Lenawee County NAACP.
At the start of Monday night’s City Commission meeting, Mayor Heath read the proclamation, in which she stated that, thanks to the NAACP, quote, “the city of Adrian has become a better place for all of its citizens to work, study, learn, and live.” unquote.
The proclamation is currently on display in front of the Mayor’s office, located on the first floor of City Hall.
